We've compiled a list of the questions we often get asked to make things a little easier for you. Think of us as your personal event planning assistants (minus the white gloves and top hats... although those would be pretty cool).

  • How can I contact you?
    You can contact us through the "Contact Us" form on our website or by emailing us at info@brewsandbooks.com. We will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible. Very soon we are adding WhatsApp Service and direct access to text.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    Yes, we offer international shipping for books and other items, but NOT for beer.
  • Is the event in-person or virtual?
    The format of the event will be specified on the event page. We offer both in-person and virtual events, depending on the circumstances and location.
  • Can I get a refund for my ticket?
    Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds for tickets. However, if you are unable to attend an event, you are welcome to give your ticket to someone else.
  • How do I sign up for an event?
    You can sign up for an event by visiting our events page and selecting the event you would like to attend. From there, you can purchase a ticket and reserve your spot.
  • When will I receive my subscription box?
    Subscription boxes are shipped on a monthly basis. You will receive your box within the first week of each month.
  • Can I cancel my subscription?
    Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply log in to your account and click on the "Cancel Subscription" button.
  • How often are boxes restocked?
    Boxes are restocked on a regular basis, but availability may vary. If a box is out of stock, you can sign up for the waitlist to be notified when it becomes available again.
  • How do I sign up for a subscription box?
    You can sign up for a subscription box by visiting our subscription page and selecting the box you would like to receive. From there, you can choose your subscription term and complete the sign-up process.
  • Do I have to sign up for a subscription to receive a box?
    No, you do not have to sign up for a subscription to receive a box. You can purchase a one-time box by visiting our shop and adding the box to your cart.
  • How often are boxes restocked?
    Boxes are restocked on a regular basis, but availability may vary. If a box is out of stock, you can sign up for the waitlist to be notified when it becomes available again, but you can change the content.
